Great parking and location close to attractions plus a clean room. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the food at the restaurant was good. The hotel had a nice atmosphere, and guests had access to a good vending machine.

The noise level at night was unacceptable due to other guests slamming doors and being loud, making it difficult to sleep. the window and the fan were not sufficient during hot weather, making it quite uncomfortable.

This hotel is in a great location, conveniently situated on a roundabout in a lovely residential area. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with crisp white sheets and good facilities. The attention to detail, such as the cleanliness and housekeeping, was also highly commendable.

While everything else was exceptional, the temperature in the room was difficult to regulate, as there was no air conditioning and the fans provided were not sufficient to cool down the room.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with a pub next door where guests can enjoy a great breakfast. the pub also serves gluten-free toast, which is a nice touch for those with dietary restrictions. there is a tram stop right next to the hotel, making it easy to get around the area.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the warm welcome from the friendly staff and the comfortable and spacious rooms. the key location, within walking distance of the local transportation, was very helpful for exploring the area. the nearby dining options offered a good selection of food.

The breakfast served was not up to the mark and not good value for money. the baked goods were cold and unappetizing, and the coffee was disappointing.
